Today, we are bringing fresh news on the progress made on the new luxury show house built by Grupo VAPF in the exclusive Jazmines residential area, within the Cumbre del Sol estate.

As you will tell from the photographs, there has been great progress on the building works. The exterior walls plastering on damp-proof concrete has been finished and so have the bathroom walls, which have been panelled with 3 m high, perle-coloured Techlam porcelainised coverings. Such panels have been combined with details on slate or wood to visually divide and recreate different spaces.

The plaster roof has already been installed throughout the property. The interior cornice allows the installation of LED lighting, redirectable and regulable through the domotics system included in the property.

One of the most remarkable exterior design details is the handcrafted walls on natural stone: each one of the stones has been individually shaped to create a unique wall.

Right now, the floor of the show house is being laid. The chosen material is 60×60 porcelainised Peronda tiles. This leading brand is renowned for pioneering on design and technology.
