New dvd of the VAPF office and Cumbre del Sol, including the materials showroom

Grupo VAPF shot a new video at Cumbre del Sol residential estate to update its images archive. Other areas shot include the coast of Moraira, Jávea and Benitachell.

The video was recorded and edited by a team of technical professionals from the world of films. The video was shot in High Definition. This results in more quality and vivid colours matching 100% real life.

To make the video of Cumbre del Sol, a flight was needed for the aerial views. A radio controlled helicopter and cranes were also used for the cuts taken from the houses and apartments.

Luxury homes for sale in Alicante Spain

Costa Blanca North and more specifically the towns of Jávea, Benitachell and Moraira are the latest destinations made popular by those looking to purchase a luxury property on the coast, with views to the sea, be it as a second or even a third home.

El Mundo, the Spanish newspaper, published a report on April 3rd 2011 about this trend. The feature talks about the increase on visits reported by luxury real estate companies in the area that has been resulting in more sales of luxury villas in the coast of Alicante, more specifically in the region from Dénia to Altea with an emphasis on Jávea and Moraira.

El Chiringuito Algas beach bar in Moraira joins the Amigos del Sol Club, one of the chicest bars on the Costa Blanca and a classic in Moraira, a must if you are going to Moraira.
