Luxury homes for sale in Alicante Spain

Costa Blanca North and more specifically the towns of Jávea, Benitachell and Moraira are the latest destinations made popular by those looking to purchase a luxury property on the coast, with views to the sea, be it as a second or even a third home.

El Mundo, the Spanish newspaper, published a report on April 3rd 2011 about this trend. The feature talks about the increase on visits reported by luxury real estate companies in the area that has been resulting in more sales of luxury villas in the coast of Alicante, more specifically in the region from Dénia to Altea with an emphasis on Jávea and Moraira.

Grupo VAPF's attendance to Miljonair Fair

The last showcase dedicated to the millionaires’ world and luxury products has ended and we would like to go over the event and the stand of Luxury Homes by VAPF, one of the only two Spanish companies that attended the trade show.

From 9^th to 13^th December 2010, Miljonair Fair in RAI Amsterdam was attended by international luxury brands including Jaguar, Mercedes Benz, Jeep, Land Rover, Laurent-Perrier Champagne, Gassan Diamonds, Breitling and American Express.

Luxury villa project Cap D'Or

Grupo VAPF believes in the importance of presenting objective and abundant information to clients in order to provide with outstanding service standards.
