New luxury show house in Cumbre del Sol

VAPF Group has begun construction on a new luxury villa show house in the Residential Estate Jazmines, which has just gone on sale in Cumbre del Sol urbanization in Benitachell, Costa Blanca North.

A luxury villa for customers to see the possibilities afforded by these great plots with sizes between 900 and 1,200 square meters, with southwest exposure and exceptional sea views and panoramic views towards the Portet in Moraira, the Ifach Peñon in Calpe. Calpe’s Royal Yacht Club 7th Spanish Open Match Race

The 7^th Spanish Open yacht race will be held in Calpe’s Royal Yacht Club from 27 April to 1 May 2010. It is organised by Calpe’s Royal Yacht Club and the Royal Spanish Sailing Federation (RFEV), under the jurisdiction of the International Sailing Federation (ISAF) and with the backing of the Sailing Federation of the Autonomous Community of Valencia (FVCV).

It is an ISAF grade 1 event, sailed in TOM 28, with a maximum of four crew members, including the skipper, per yacht in open teams and five in all-women crews. The event will consist of a Round Robins, quarter-final, semi-finals and finals. The course will be windward / leeward with turns to starboard, and finishing towards the wind.
