Luxury villa project in Alicante "Villa dels Arcs"

A few months ago the VAPF Group launched a new website dedicated exclusively to luxury villas and houses that it builds and develops on the North Costa Blanca, in particular in the town of of Poble Nou de Benitachell in the province of Alicante, and to luxury resale properties, located in the best spots on the Costa Blanca North.

Upward trend of the euribor interest rate

The details provided by the Spanish National Statistics Institute INE (Instituto Nacional de Estadística), set the Euribor, the main spanish mortgage index, at 1.373% July 2010, with a monthly rate which for the fourth consecutive month has undergone an upward shift. The Euribor closed July 2009 at 1.412% so this figure still allows mortgage holders who will have their mortgage reviewed this month a reduction of their monthly repayments, that represents a saving of 36 Euros per year, if we take as an example an average mortgage of 120.000 Euros at 20 years, representing 2 or 3 euros per month.

One of the many financial products available is the swap interest rate

During the past years there have been many new mortgage products and not always the clients and the banking institutions totally understand the benefits and losses of these new products, for this reason a judge has just stopped, for the first time in Spain, the execution of a SWAP.

For those that are not up to date with all these terms, SWAP is a financial exchange of interest rates, a complex financial product thought for companies and self-employed people, to seal an agreement between the parties, where the loans will be referenced to a fixed rate for a prescribed period, regardless of external changes.

New dvd of the VAPF office and Cumbre del Sol, including the materials showroom

Grupo VAPF has started recording a new corporate and commercial DVD that includes, among others, images of the most ambitious project of the companies 40-year history: Cumbre del Sol in Poble Nou de Benitachell, in Alicante province.

Of the recording sessions to date on Cumbre del Sol Urbanization, the sessions that most stand out are the sessions recorded with a light aircraft to obtain present day aerial views of the area, among which are the incredible images of the characteristic cliffs of the area, the Moraig Cove, Llebeig and Los Tiestos coves, the natural reserve of Granadella, El Puig de la Llorença, stunning images of the current North Costa Blanca coast and the various apartment developments, villas and houses built and commercialized by Grupo VAPF.
