Information office at the South entrance to Cumbre del Sol

Summer timetables for the VAPF Group’s head office in Benissa and the Information offices at the Cumbre del Sol urbanization in Poble Nou de Benitachell.

Offices at the Cumbre del Sol urbanization, Benitachell:

- Information office North Entrance, on the access road to Cumbre del Sol from Poble Nou de Benitachell, open during July and August from Monday to Friday in the mornings, between 11am and 2pm. Closed Saturdays and Sundays.

Sales transactions increase in April 2010

According to data provided by the INE (National Statistics Institute) the number of property sales transactions in Spain reached 34,326 units during the month of April 2010, this figure represents an increase of 17.60% compared with the data obtained in April 2009. This figure is the lowest in 2010 but is the fourth consecutive year-on-year improvement for 2010.

To keep all the Cumbre del Sol and Benitachell residents informed on the work progress on the Moraig beach, we took several photos on the 25th of May that show the status of the works on that date. We will soon be taking another set of photos that will show the work nearly finished on the beach.

As can be seen in the photos, the swimming area is ready for this summer and the works on the parking area are progressing well, trying to meet the deadlines that the Coastal Authority confirmed to the Town Hall of Poble Nou de Benitachell and that confirmed that by the end of June, the works would be completed so that in July we will all have the opportunity to enjoy the magnificent Cala Moraig beach with its clean and transparent waters.

Muchoviaje magazine june edition with the top 20 beaches

The Muchoviaje magazine, a magazine specializing in travel and tourism, published, within its 61st edition for this month of June, a special report about the top 20 best beaches in Spain to enjoy this summer. The Moraig Beach (Benitachell) is the only beach from the Valencian autonomous region that appears on the list and, along with two other beaches, one from the Cabo de Gata in Almeria and another in Girona, are the only 3  listed for the whole of the Mediterranean coast.
