Restoration of the Moraig beach
Damage to the Moraig beach at Cumbre del Sol
According to the communiqué issued by the Poble Nou de Benitachell Town Hall, work has already begun to repair the Moraig beach by the company Tragsa.
Currently they are separating the old asphalt from the soil, as the asphalt becomes a contaminant when in contact with salt water, and they will proceed to remove it all prior to starting the work on rebuilding the breakwater.
