Atenas model

As we do every month, this time we would like to talk about a new house model to be built on any of the plots with fantastic views to the sea at Cumbre del Sol residential park in Benitachell town, between Jávea and Moraira.

This time, we are featuring a modern house model named Atenas, planned to be built on a 878 m² plot in Lirios Residential Estate, with stunning sea views.

The Atenas house has 3 bedrooms —2 of them with ensuite bathrooms including an ample shower area with a wooden platform and built-in closets woth sliding doors. The 3^rd bathroom is assigned to the 3^rd bedroom and to the use of guests.
